Digital Photography
High end digital photography to create photo properties to be used
in a clinic environment or for documentation and recording of a
research event. Images can stored digitally on CD-ROM or made into
hard copy prints.
On-Site Transcription
On-site transcription of focus groups utilizing Executive Producer
software. This service provides a complete set of notes, which is
distributed after each group. The notes include a summary of each
respondent’s comments, a color photo of the respondent and
the time code in point of the comment.
- Viewers can listen to the group without taking notes
- All viewers receive a uniform set of notes
- Visual recall of respondents through color photos
- Valuable aid in finding comments for summary edits
Staging
Aid in the set up of the rooms so the viewers will clearly see and
hear the respondents. This is particularly important if your event
is being held in a hotel or convention center and a separate viewing
area is being used. Individuals viewing the groups will only be
able to see and hear what is being sent to them via the audio/visual
system so it is critical that the correct equipment is used and
set up properly. We provide a video projector with amplified audio
for the viewing area. If the area between the respondents and the
viewing area is not soundproof, wireless headsets are utilized.
If multiple groups are being held simultaneously, multiple projectors
with multi-channel wireless headsets are provided.
